What you qualify for depends on how your home is heated today. Electric forced air furnaces convert to a ducted heat pump. Baseboard and wall heaters convert to a ductless mini-split. We figure out which one fits your house, install it, and file the rebate paperwork for you.
Chelan PUD program amounts for applications received April 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027. Open to Chelan PUD electric customers with a home in Chelan County. Eligibility depends on your current permanently installed heating type and last winter's electric heating use. Amounts subject to available funding, PUD approval and current program rules.

We repair. Most of our calls are repairs, and if a repair makes more sense than a replacement we say so, even when the equipment is older. When a system truly is at the end of its life we explain why and put the recommendation in writing before any work begins.

Eligibility depends on how your home is heated today. We assess your current permanently installed heating, determine which rebate your home qualifies for, select qualifying equipment, and file the paperwork for you. See our rebates page for current program details and requirements.

A heat pump works in both seasons, so twice a year is ideal, once before cooling season and once before heating season, with once a year as the realistic minimum. A cooling-only air conditioner needs one professional tune-up each spring, and filters should be checked monthly year round.
